UV/EB-curing acrylates are highly reactive. This is what makes them to cure rapidly.
A possible side effect is that these products may cause skin irritation reactions in certain persons when they come (frequently) in contact with the skin. This is why in Safety Datasheets of these products as well as the formulations containing them, the use of gloves is recommended. Most SDSs, however, do not give specific guidance as to which type of gloves to use. The main reason for this is that there is very few data in the literature.
