Curing Kinetics, Viscoelastic Property, and Shinkage of radiation Curable PDMS-modified Polyurethane Acrylate Dispersion

Polycarboate diol (PCD, Asahi Kasei) and dimethylol propanoic acid (DMPA, Across) were dried and degassed at 80◦C under vacuum for 6h. Extra pure grade of polydimethylsiloxanes (PDMS, Mn=550, Sigma Aldrich) was used as received. Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI, Bayer Material Science) and triethylamine (TEA, Samchun Pure Chemical) were dried over 4 A° molecular sieve before use. 2- hydroxyethylmethacrylate (2-HEMA, Junsei Chemical) or pentaerythritol triacrylate (PENTA, Sigma Aldrich) were used as an end capping agent without further purification. Irgacure 500 (mixture of 1- hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone (50 wt%) and benzophenone (50 wt%), Ciba Specialty Chemicals) as photoinitiator was used as received.
