Photosensitive diazo compounds are used as the acid generators (PAG) for chemicallya mplified resists 1) the contrast enhancement lithographic(CEL) materials, and the binders forp hosphors powders on the multicolor ). The shelflife of photosensitive diazo emulsiona nd the relative emission intensity of the screen films increased by addition of 18 crown 6 But 18C6 is expensive and toxic. Less expensive polyethers were evaluated inplace of 18C6 for photosensitive diazo emulsion.
