Novelty Radiation Curable Silicone Acrylates With Extraordinary Features

Conventional silicone release coatings have been, to date,
thermally cured. The performance. and production techniques
associated with thermal curing are well known ' and well
advanced into high speed production. There are, however, some
disadvantages associated with thermal curing and this is the
area we wish to address with our radiation curable silicone
coatings.

As the name "Radiation Curable" implies the 'silicones are"
actually crosslinked by the use UV or EB and neither
method involves heat. Furthermore, these coatings are. 100 %
active products and, therefore, there are no" solvents
involved.
