All registrations can be cancelled free of charge until 4 October 2023. In case of a no-show or late cancellation (as of 4 October 2023), the individual participant will be charged 100%.

Hotel bookings

There is a group booking with the conference hotel The Westin Grand Munich for our participants. The room rate is 189€ per night for a single room of the deluxe category, breakfast included.

The deadline for group booking guarantee has expired, but you can still book your room for our room rate. Rooms can be reserved with the Hotel Reservations Department (Telephone +49 69 950 96 357) or by e-mail:
