RadTech Europe, the European association for energy curing technology, has themed its biennial conference around the technologies power to save and is targeting formulators with its conference programme.
The RadTech Europe's Conference and Exhibition will take place on 17-18 October in the Westin Grand hotel in Munich, Germany. The two-day live conference will address the future of energy curing, examine new and emerging trends and innovations, and take a close look at new applications of energy curing. Innovative companies and academic/governmental research institutes will present technical papers outlining the latest research, current developments and innovations in the field of energy curing. More than half of the conference programme is of interest to formulators.
3D formulations
The RTE Conference & Exhibition is of interest to everyone wanted to be informed on the latest tailoring properties in the field of application developments. This year, the conference also includes a dedicated session to 3D printing. This full day session will cover topics such as hot lithography, (photo)polymerization, DLP printing, and new reactive flame retardants.
Inks, coatings, and adhesives
This event is the perfect opportunity to learn more about advances in UV formulations. On the second day, the sessions are fully packed with presentations on the chemistry of photopolymerization and new raw materials. Make sure to check out sessions 7, 10 and 11 if you are involved in the formulation of inks, coatings, and adhesives.
Next to that, the conference will again have a dedicated HSE session which will provide updates on the latest EU regulations, REACH, food contact and the mercury regulatory landscape. New this year, is the dedicated session on sustainability (session 8).
